Hi all. In many android phones, while downloading any app or updating any app in Google Play Store, we are getting an error "Download is pending...". I was facing the same problem. In this post, I am going to tell how I overcome this.
Reason behind this error is, there is some downloading going on in the background, which is not successful. To avoid this error, follow the following steps:
1. Go to Settings -> Apps -> Google Play Store.
2. Click on Storage.
3. Click on Clear Data.
These simple steps has solved my problem.
After completing these steps, you can open Google Play Store and download any app that you want.
