In this post, we will see how to remove date from blogger post url or how to remove year and month in blogger url.
If you are older blogger and your blog posts are indexed by Google, then don't do this as it will change blog post's url and google searches will show the older url which in turn results into 404 error.

Follow the following steps:
1. Go to www.blogger.com. Enter your gmail credentials.
2. Go to Theme.
3. Click on Edit HTML.
4. Add following code into <head> </head> tag. or just after <head> tag.

5. Click on Save Theme.
6. Now, you can check blog. Year and month will be removed from the blog posts.
