How to install Dia in Ubuntu Operating System

                   In this post, we will see how to install Dia software in Ubuntu Operating System.

                   Dia is the best software used to draw flowcharts or entity relationship diagrams.

To install in Ubuntu, follow the following steps:

1. Open terminal.

2. Update packages and repositories of Ubuntu OS by following command in terminal:

sudo apt-get update

3. Download and install Dia by following command in terminal:

sudo apt-get install dia

It's done.  

            We can also install using Ubuntu Software Center.

Follow following steps:

1. Open Ubuntu Software Center.

2. Search for Dia.
 

3. You will get link for Dia. Click on install.
